MyBangladesh is a local service directory and marketplace platform connecting customers with independent local professionals, service providers, job postings, rental property listings, and matrimonial profiles.

• Accurate Information: Users must provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and one-time passwords (OTP).
• Single User: Creating multiple deceptive or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited.

All service providers, professionals, and business vendors must adhere to the following rules:

• Honest Listings: Service offerings, pricing, qualifications, and portfolio photos must be genuine.
• Licensing & KYC: Providers must possess applicable local trade licenses or professional credentials.
• Professional Behavior: Maintain professionalism, fulfill booked requests in good faith, and strictly avoid fraudulent billing.

• Submitting fake service inquiries or spam requests to providers is prohibited.
• Honor agreed service payments upon successful completion of work.
• Provide constructive, truthful feedback when posting reviews.

While MyBangladesh performs identity and listing checks, we do not warrant or guarantee third-party performance. MyBangladesh is not liable for indirect damages, disputes, or losses resulting from external service agreements.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal proceedings shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
